As the former Australasian CFO of major global freight forwarding entity I can assure you the revenue of WTC is very sticky- subject to general trade conditions. Revenue will vary directly with the volume of entries /shipments. If one believes the global trade downturn is temporary then this stock is worth consideration at lower PE’s. No one will change providers easily - the investment & retraining is very considerable. Having dealt with WTC (previously Eagle Datamation ) I can assure all that the product is first class - albeit expensive.
