BAL is a Tasmanian company that exemplifies everything wrong with Tassie. I once had a deep dive into the culture at Gunns and hated what I saw. I spent months in Tassie investigating various Gunns operations. What an insight and was therefore not surprised at the demise of Gunns and subsequent charging by ASIC of the Chairman for insider trading.
