you may be correct with regards to $ involves in legal actions. But at least gov should take serious action on this problem. I hold no stocks with WTC but I consider this as attack on top Australian company doing great in world stage and providing 1000s of jobs. If share price never recovered then company will go bust then who will take the responsibility for 1000s of jobs. Gov simply cant stay idle and do nothing here. Someone should hold accountable.
