$783m in intangibles yet $766.5m in net assets. I'm sure investors would expect more than 'market knowledge' from the the $601.5m goodwill currently on the balance sheet.
I just don't get why they needed to raise $300m when they're generated $112.5m in operating cash-flow in FY19 and no doubt are forecasting an increase here in FY20, but didn't make a big acquisition? Just seems a little dilutive and needless unless there is a great purpose. Thew WACC on raises in tech is 12%+.
