Clearly the hedge funds are way out of the money hence getting JCap to front with the report. RFF got blighted also for no reason - other than shorters were probably out of the money there as well. A shame such irresponsible reporting is allowed. A question is why would they not contact the company first to clear their 'facts'? A rhetorical answer could be that it would take the wind out of their sails.
