Ann: WTC responds to misinformation in the market, page-4

I'm happy with it. It answers all points well, in particular people that don't know this company should he aware of the skin the the game the director's have:
"WiseTech co-founders, Richard White and Maree Isaacs, currently own 154.1million shares with atotal value of over $4.6billion. In the period since listing, for the purpose of assisting market liquidityas WTC entered the ASX 200 index (disclosed to ASX on 23 Nov and 14 Dec 2017), Richard sold only5.8m shares for a total value of $73m. Maree has sold no shares."

That's about half the market cap held by two directors.

This results in relatively few shares in play for a $10B company - one outcome of which is the wide variation in share price which is dependant on the mood of the smaller holders. Induce a state of terror in the retail holders and the shorters can have their shares for the picking.

If WTC trades Monday there could be bargain shares on the table below $30.

Gutsy move by WTC to release this statement Friday afternoon, but this gives the larger international holders time to digest it over the weekend. I'm sure a lot of international buyers will be waiting at the table if WTC trades Monday.
