A trading halt is automatically 2 days. If whatever the announcement involves takes longer than 2 days a suspension is automatic. In this case a capital raising would have involved getting responses from people on 4 different continents and so the final paperwork from everybody will take longer. I think they aim to start trading tomorrow morning at this stage.
