Wudinna Gold Project Acquisition - Update Cobra Notice of Meeting issued; 39% voting support already confirmed

Dear Investors & Colleagues, Further to our recent announcement of binding terms to acquire the Wudinna Gold Project (Transaction), we are pleased to confirm that Cobra Resources PLC (Cobra)has issued a Notice of General Meetingfor 24 July 2025 (Notice). As outlined in the Notice,as of Friday, 4 July 2025 Cobra has procured irrevocable undertakings to vote in favour of the Transaction totalling 39.38%. The results of the General Meeting will be announced to the market following its conclusion. We are honoured to receive such a strong early commitment of support from Cobra’s largest shareholders, and note the overwhelmingly positive feedback from Barton’s shareholders, for this mutually beneficial transaction. Barton has assembled a strategic long-term gold platform in South Australia's central Gawler Craton, including the region’s only gold mill. Wudinna's mineralisation offers significant optionality to our regional development strategies. On Completion, Barton’s total South Australian JORC Resources will be 2.14Moz Au, which will shortly grow further on replacement of the Resources estimate in the Challenger underground below 900mRL.This work is currently underway.
