You are al over the shop like a mad woman's...
I suggest you take the time to reread the announcement of 9 October. You are making statements like "Wingfield are not prepared to take the risk until after first gold pour and the riskier lending has been spent" which is a contradiction to what was stated in the announcement.
"Wingfield expresses formal interest and indicative terms to provide a debt facility of US$10 million (approximately A$15.7 million) for development capital at Qala Shallows"
