Otherwise the impression here is of mates rates to a selected few social/business connections of the lead managers, with a 20% discount to share price.
A dillution at the expense of mum and dad investors.
Share price has already fallen 7% after the announcement.
Can you imagine this happening with blue chip stocks like Woolies, or a big 4 bank?
