Please get out of Disney Land. You and so many here just don’t get it do you when it actually comes to moving the dirt. Da Hood was right when he wrote about the contractors and the way they use gear, they are known across the industry called the NFG(no f**ks given) crew for nothing.

Now Jac had considerably more extraction experience than Rudi and definitely more mongrel yet even Jac couldn’t get the EMI to work with the same BEE contractors. And yes 100% under the current company structure and especially if IDC fund the production they will be an all black contractor. They’ll be using gear bought by WWI that they couldn’t give a rats about, but more importantly who the hell is going to manage them ??? They couldn’t dig out 10% of the proposed amount under the EMI but you think with the most experienced person now gone that they’re any serious chance of actually delivering those targets?

It’s like you’ve been bowled out for 86 in grade cricket in Mt Isa but with less experience you’re suddenly going to walk out on the MCG and score 400. It’s ridiculous and it will not and does not happen anywhere in mining.

Have a look at any mining operation in terms of the number of full time staff even if they contract some or all of the mining and treatment out.
This is beyond ridiculous to think they’re going into anything but a disaster.

A bunch of lawyers and financiers will never ever make a mining company. Ever.
