    True that RSA has a big mining industry.

    But if I read between the lines of what MQ has been saying re: there hasn't been a new gold mine or project restart in Jo'burg for ages and align that with the points Hoody made re: the failed EMI and his experience with 2nd hand gear; I'd say they prefer buying some new equipment rather than risk another failure due to shite/old gear.
