Shite /old gear and having brand new gear to replace it, is only a very very small part of the equation. You can have the biggest baddest diggers and loaders at your disposal. You need professionals to operate / manage and service said equipment, not easily done atm in any mining jurisdiction in the world. Then there will be the problem of IDC wanting to use there preferred subbies / THIS will be the biggest problem i think . They will chew thru 15 / 20 / 30 million in no time and then when the tonnage is rubbish the whole thing falls over. No way in hell will they attract any decent personnel for this project unfortunately. The writing is on the wall.
