Also there was no news last time as before the webinar, the process has been already placed on the EA approval announcement. The only reason why it went down that time was short term or day traders doesn't want to wait. But technically there was no delay. As the timescale was already known prior.Thats the same reason why it immediately went back up. As the only ones who have sold was the day traders.
