I don't think Jac is onboard to just sell out the mine he wants to build up his own operation from scratch but maybe I'm wrong.
I'd like to see a breakdown of what they need the US $20m for to get phase 1 started.
What does 6 underground cat dump trucks cost etc.
They seem to have done all the rehabilitation needed to start for the EMI.
It's quite possible that Caterpillar loans them the money for the machinery to get started.
