I think this raise seems completely unrelated to raising the money for Phase 1.
The infill drilling will be for project 200 imo and or further uranium. To make sure Jac's gets that DFS done by mid year for P200.
The intention I believe is to reward shareholders via SPP.
We'll see if anything positive comes out over the period of the SPP. If as a company director you know you've stuffed shareholders around majorly you'd find some positive news to make sure they took up the cheap shares.
We haven't heard about the other 2 drill holes for Mt Cecilia and late Feb they are doing what at least 2 roadshows. Plus finance could drop anytime.
