As the saying goes it's always darkest before the dawn and I think that is where West Wits is at.

Judging by the language and the down trodden a lot of what had been patient and mid - long investors have given up. It is the exact time to buy in. Sad as they have seen wealth destroyed and pulled up stumps instead of waiting for the reward.

For starters South Africa needs business that pump money into the economy.

They granted a mining right they expect revenue and tax.

The BEE partners have been waiting what 12 years.

Sibanye have this ore in their mine plan now as well.

It is imo completely illogical now to sell out at the bottom but we will see maybe I'm wrong.

Maybe the western world doesn't want to invest in South African mining but I can guarantee you there will be some rich Africans that are seeing all the boxes ticked that will fund this worst case scenario.

I'll be waiting for at least quarter 2 to reassess.
