Doesn't mention, although I could have missed it, that the SPP is underwritten - so would this infer that the SPP to existing holders is 'cherry on top' (ie not exactly required now and that the $1.5M is what is defo needed - i appreciate that of course co's always need more cash.....to burn).
As an aside your sentiment is 'sell', but disclosure is 'held' - shouldn't that be 'not held'? I mean if you think people should sell, wouldn't you sell your own position? Just curious.
