also will get $6m from the 400m oppoes that’l be converted at 1.5c (esp with a 5yr window).
So that’s $26m USD (circa $40m AUD in debt & $6m AUD in equity). Not bad for a spec at < $40m AUD mcap to get this $.
Companies like Wingfield @Skell don’t invest a huge chunk in a small cap to be #1 holder, follow it up by taking > $1m AUD at 3c in rights issue & then offer $10m debt looking for day trades. These guys are in it for the long haul.
We get due diligence completed by them & IDC, get this SBC 50m soi or so absorbed & off to re rate hopefully.
