I like the idea of focusing and testing in WA which is where most of their agent sign ups are now. You can't take on the whole country at once.

Also does anyone else feel the language has changed regarding timing?

Personally, I think it's good if they are holding off on the consumer launch. I'd like to see a lot more agents on board before consumers know about this.
