It's just a straight sale and purchase of IP and staff as far as I can tell, the proceeds all going to satisfy creditors whom are higher up the pecking order than shareholders.
What KordaMentha are effectively telling us is that we should expect no return of any distribution to shareholders as the debt owed to creditors is too great, there will be nothing left for shareholders.
That's it folks, our investments in WYN are gone for good, time to chalk it up to learning and to move on to the next one with more experience I guess.
