Don't think this is something the banks are inerested in. It's just personal lending, done on a lower margin and more efficiently. It's a segment the majors have partly walked away from, strategically. It's one of the challenges of disruption, where small (tech) businesses carve out little niches of the incumbents and do it better and cheaper, done well because there is a lot of incentive for the founders/key shareholders. If a major were to come in and buy them out, there is a good chance what future, thin margin might be on the horizon would evaporate due to additional inefficiencies.
