I'm a little confused by the Loan Book size chart in this 4C (on page 3). The total - $562m - is shown to INCLUDE the "off-balance sheet balance of $34m as at 31 December 2021", whereas the loan book size shown in the AGM presentation at 30 September 2021 - $475m - EXCLUDES "the Off-Balance Sheet facility" of $40m). Is this a deliberate ploy to imply loan book growth of $87m, when the real like for like growth is $53m? Or is this an error?
In addition, the bar on the right hand side of chart (last quarter) doesn't appear to be to scale - q-o-q growth in Q1FY22 was $91m, and $87m in Q2FY22; yet the chart suggests that the growth is Q2FY22 was greater than in the prior quarter ie that the rate of growth is increasing, which is clearly not the case.
I sense some creative storytelling here. I hope I'm being over-sensitive.
