Wisr not alone, MME down from around $2.50 to $0.054, Plenti down from $1.50 to $0.36.
I can’t see movement upwards here until RBA starts to reduce rates. Based on events of the last two weeks (inflation numbers, unemployment and the actual rate rise), now that it looks unlikely rates will come down before 2025 I can only see this tracking sideways or down for the time being. Rightly or wrongly, too much concern about the segment and the possibility of arrears and bad debts, of which Wisr is still looking fine. Some lending recommenced last quarter and the RBA must be close to the top of the cycle now.
No rush to add but plan to at some stage next year.
