I've got shares in what I consider to be a more speculative stock with a market cap of $400m and they just raised $50m @ 13.3% discount to 5 day VWAP. I always have a niggling concern about WZR that the management (the chair and ceo are brothers) are looking after themselves and seemingly others before the retail shareholders. It's a good business and 25c is a good price. I don't really have funds available to deploy at the moment so I have to toss up whether I sell down something else. June is not a good time of year to be doing a SPP while EOFY selling is going on across the ASX as it always does.
