Very simplistically, their cost of funds dropped by 1.5% on this $225m and has freed up the warehouse for more lending. That will add circa $3m to the revenue line in year 1, and an ongoing benefit over the life of the transaction. Importantly this deal has opened up the market to ongoing transactions. This will bring forward the break even point.
