Its possible the future looks positive. They would need at least 2 deals signed with 1M plus revenue attached to even get over 25. But anything is possible.

150M class issue is very small @davo128 . Anything under 400M is at the lower end of listed companies. A lot of scope left if required. Not a problem imho.
