Never nice to work on Ivanhoe's left overs, they are not known to pass things of value over. But in this case I have always figured that because they had their hands so busy with Oyu Tolgoi, they may just have left some meat on the bones for XAM.

And they still have 10% of the action carried for them. I was surprised when they effective gave XAM a gorilla last year by discounting the final payment for the lease, but I guess they calculated that it was a good investment to protect the potential of their share holding.
