I like the reduction in overhead. AS been demoted and we save all the ex pat costs. DC has no experience as CEO before is a worry but no other choice - like a default outcome. Looks like good Geo though and right location. No disclosure on salaries. Looks pretty rushed.
They seem to be going back to decisions back in late 2016 or so.
