The big question for me at the moment is do we need to incentivate management with potentially millions of dollars worth of free shares. I am not saying they haven’t done a good job, but they have enough skin in the game already to keep up the good work without the extra incentive. They are not going to walk away from this without these free shares. And what is in the ground is there, incentive or not. Added to that, the shares aren’t back to par yet. I am leaning toward voting no, at least for those directors who already have big holdings. Anyone else care to comment.
