How about the Southern Cross project?
the price has been affected badly by macro environmental factors as well. Goldman Sachs is super bearish on the price or lithium, this has caused the lithium sector to go on a down trend despite the price not showing any significant pivot downwards.
It's really truly hard to see the price dropping any lower than 0.004. It seems most of the volume and accumulation was around 0.008 - 0.012 so I can imagine most investors being down on this stock and not wanting to sell at such a heavy loss.
despite Goldman Sach's pessimistic view on lithium. There are several analysts which see the lithium price growing or at least maintaining due to demand outweighing supply next year. Strong electric vehicle sales, the emergence of India in the lithium sector, China also putting significant amounts of money into the lithium triangle too.
No one truly knows what will happen but my concern is mainly the spot price dropping further due to economic conditions where an electric vehicle is simply not a priority. Electric vehicles are yet to hit the masses, but there is talk of several large car manufacturers such as Nissan shifting to predominantly electric vehicles in the near future.
I don't put too much blame on management at XTC, but instead on factors which we cannot control such as the current bearish divergence of the lithium sector, the fact XSO is down 20% YTD, and the overall fear in the market.
