Changing the subject Oglo,
Pretty obvious brokers are involved as trades are often at .0055. We mere mortals can't trade the 4th decimal.
What happens to the $8mill SPP if it is not filled? Can the company opt to let brokers fill the offering? Will the brokers then get commish on that portion?
If that were the case, why not hold the price sub .006 and then get to place the balance.
There are some interesting math behind stopping current holders sell holdings and then subscribing to the SPP and getting 1 for 2 options. Ok, Options have an exercise price of 1.5 cents. But just asking, not financial advice.
