You would hope that they would take the money if the brokers wanted some if we don't reached the $8mll but since it's a non underwritten brokers obviously aren't obliged to - Honestly though I think they would take them because there's hopefully some positive near term movement for a chance for a quick flip......

About the commission honestly couldn't tell you the exacts here..... could be flat fee agreed before hand, could be on the amount raised or not raised. Not sure because that'd be between the broker and the company

Imo here..... the price will stay sub .006 for a while from now.... in to next year??? Not sure but unless there's a good announcement there's no reason it would trade above spp price .006 and any holder keen bail so they can use the invested capital to participate in the spp is almost forced to sell down into .005 (or sit possibly forever in the queue at .006 and no guarantee they sell) so they can get out to take up spp - but all that for oppies? That's where the math gets interesting for each holder and becomes each to their own

We've got +1 month before the spp closes. As much as I'm conflicted on the companies performance so far, I have considered participating but from my view I'd be using my own cash, not selling out to apply but in therms of maths so the decision is different for me but my main question is where will the market share price be in a few months? Is the spp with free oppies a better deal than if I think we can buy at .005 or maybe if we're really unlucky .004? Or will we take off and sub 1c days are gone and I'm then kicking myself for not applying? I haven't fully decided but there's plenty of time
