in my personal view and I could be wrong, but I think there are very intricate details about recent plant purchase that we don't know as shareholders, and will probably never know.
I feel XEPT have purchased this plant through a complex and what appears at face value disconnected structures.
anyway regardless all very interesting and exciting news in my view.
