The retention rate is because
a. you are required to keep 3+ year of data for the ATO, do someone want to duplicate 3+ years of data
b. Xero have a lot of management report and inventory report which help you manage your business
c. Link with NAB and other banks in Hong Kong Singapore etc, where the bank have real time detail of your finances, so you do not have to provide banks with your finances for loan approval, on the other hand, all your banking are done through xero
Once you are in, it is not easy to leave
