It might be a huge market but it's not where Xeros competitive advantage is.
if they are going to scale the core platform above 200 then they really need to move to 1000 or 10,000 (no use moving from 200 to 500).
Once you are at that scale there are a wide range of really good solutions - the likes of SAP, Netsuite etc.
Could Xero chase down that market - sure they could - would I prefer they focus on entering the US and other regions with a compelling offer for a specific (but huge) market segment - yes.
