One thing I don't understand about Xero, is why they don't scale their product with their customers growth, seems like a no brainer to me. My company used Xero from day 1, as we grew over the years, we hit 200 employees and were forced off Xero onto another product for payroll. We had many discussions with XRO but they confirmed that they couldn't help us any more, really weird...
