In xero's defence they launched in US 3 years later than au/uk. The US market is less progressive with a slower takeup of the cloud and less influenced by accounting firms directed software choice. For these reasons a slower take up is expected. US is probably still worth enduring with.
As a business model xero is fantastic and will be rerated in time.
