What you want to know is what the EBITDA would be if they owned all the companies for a full year without acquisition costs. A normalised value, reflecting them going about their day to day work.
From their current accounts and presentations its guesswork and XIP isn't providing useful guidance in that regards.
Share price and low liquidity are reflecting that. Maybe an opportunity, maybe a trap.
