Well they seemed to have no problems paying a 1c dividend which was $ 4m going out of China.

So why is it trading at under 3x earnings ? Probably the main reason is this stock is largely held by retail investors as it's too small (only 20% available) for institutional investors and they have a tendency to watch the price and react to the price so if it's going down they sell and if it's going up they buy. I would simply treat this as an opportunity to buy at a great price.

Anyway by end of Aug we get the half year figures and lets see if they are still growing at 10-15% which is all I want them to do. Nothing too ambitious in that.
