Ann: Xped AGM Presentation, page-112

After more than a year in this stock I am finally out...

Not sure what others at the AGM took away but my whole reason for investing was the Home/Intel market.

This has been deliberately listed as the LOWEST priority which says it all in terms of progression of MOU''s that are still unannounced.

Xped has all but given up on being a player in the Home IOT space. I dreamt of Xped being the next "Wifi" of the household and the benchmark for this area. Management have said they can't compete with Intel/Google/Microsoft's own in house products... so goodbye industry staple product - hello ummm healthcare? JCT?

Good luck to all investors. I believe Xped is has failed in the IoT space after a valiant try, but good luck to everyone who still believes the Emperor has clothes...

Management have said directly no chance of anything close to a 10c party for 2017 - no revenue and the 10c price is too high too soon... I will invest elsewhere...

Will always regret I didn't sell out at 11c when I had the chance but CGT held me back..

This is not a downramp, just an exit. GLTA - so long and thanks for all the fish.. I join a long list (Hudson, etc.) who believed in Xped like Tom Cruise believes in Scientology.. but sadly saw the light and got out..

Will finish with my prediction dated today for 6 months form now:

* Highest potential for Xped in next 6 months 6c
* Lowest level 2.9c or 2.5c if that breaks..

Again good luck to everyone with your investment... just not for me.. Xped - my most disappointing stock of 2016.. not a downramp, just an opinion.. and I think we're still entitled to those aren't we??
