Dear Directors,
In future on quarterly reports could the company be a bit more specific where the money is being spent and for what purpose?
When offers being made to the share holders there needs to be a clear explanation why you are making such decisions.This will avoid the company being swamp with emails!A&Q in such occasions would be a good policy to follow by the company in future events.
10&11 in the prospectus is going to get voted down by most share holders as I see it.I don't mind bonuses after revenue results,but the company has the horse before the cart.You get the results then you get the rewards that's been laid out on the table in a form of an agreement.
I would appreciate a response.
