Ann says doesn't start to Sept 19, so currently employed with Intel. But based on past history suspect he will come to XPED and then overtime will drift back to Intel after either i.) XPED is established and has deals with Intel and he gets all his bonuses or ii.) Intel takes over XPED and he reverts back to an Intel employee. Suspect his heart and soul still in Intel and this is part of a longer term play - that is XPED too small for Intel to have resources directed at it but important enough for Intel to have one of their own inside dicating the tunes (just like the last time MD left Intel and returned to it). IMO
