Why is this great news? There has been no evidence to suggest any remote synergy between the two businesses.
No representative from either business has explained what this muppet company does in detail. Selling monocular API's sounds like hot and riveting market... not!
The only milestone this pathetic excuse for a start-up has achieved to date is getting sued by its own employee.
I guess the feel good is we are keeping Adelaide's millennials employed so the can blog about cats and coffee.
