Couldn't disagree more with your analysis. Before today we did not know that the MOU's were still in play (as it had been so long since mention was last made of them) and progressing towards firm licences. Today's news is big and I can't see any way the price will go back to 3 cents or below. This will not be one day of 'optimism' as you call it.
