The old "don't think they can "sit" on announcements" argument.
Very difficult to prove one way or another. And what would be the punishment? Flogged with a limp piece of lettuce?
2 announcements, a couple of days apart. 1 signed by the CEO and 1 by the MD. They seem to be from different companies. Which would be logical imo, as most "lean" micro-caps do not have both.
