How do you know the CEO wasn't away today and they had to release it straight away so the MD signed it off?
If you "sit" on any piece of sensitive announcement giving you the opportunity and possibility to accumulate the shares wouldn't that be consider insider trading, isn't that a jail-able offence?
That what the TH is there for, if they needed more time before releasing it, they would have requested another one from the ASX, clearly they thought it didn't, released it at midday and caught a lot of investors off guard but most "were" expecting it anyway (but it took longer than they thought).
Mind you I am a new investor so is this what XPE does with their announcement in the past.......
