If I was the CTO of XPE I would be using proven IOT, SCADA Industry protocols. Or even IOTA just to be out there on the bleeding edge.
Can you imagine approaching the US Government with the word email and internet connected device and IOT?
Hilary Clinton, Russian hacking, Ukraine power grid attack comes to my mind immediately.
