Pearl Global? Here is an extract from the auditors report out today...
"Material Uncertainty Related to Going Concern We draw attention to Note 1 to the financial report, which indicates the Group incurred a net loss of $6,534,478 during the year ended 30 June 2017, and as of that date, the Group recorded a net asset deficiency of $931,903. As stated in Note 1, these events or conditions, along with other matters as set forth in Note 1, indicate that a material uncertainty exists that may cast doubt on the Group’s ability to continue as a going concern. Our opinion has not been modified in respect of this matter."
