That's the reason why it is not a price-sensitive information as the facts were given to the public earlier.
However, IMO, the announcement carries weight as to the status of XPED and ADRC in the 5G IOT implementation especially XPED's relationship with Intel as the 2 days chaos' trollers downramped XPED's shares based on unnecessary speculations, one of which is XPED's relationship with Intel.
